Shipping Policy
Thank you for placing your order! Please note that our processing time is 7-10 business days as all of our items are carefully handmade. This allows us to deliver a product of the highest quality. Once your order is fulfilled, your selected shipping option will come into effect. We will send you an email containing the tracking information.
Once your order has been dispatched, The Encourage Me Brand assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your package. If there are any delays or issues with your package after it has been posted (including the rare occurrence of it not arriving), TEMB cannot be held liable as we have no control once it is in the hands of the postal service. In such cases, please reach out to your local postal service using the provided tracking number (USPS for US customers).
While we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered punctually, TEMB cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather or service disruptions. You will only be billed for the items that are dispatched to you, in addition to the relevant shipping and tax fees.

Return & Exchange Policy
We currently do not provide cash refunds. Mugs or hats cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if a clothing item does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer store credit that can be used towards your next purchase once the item has been returned. Our return policy allows for 14 days from the date of delivery for items to be returned. Please ensure that returned items are unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, items that do not meet these criteria cannot be returned and will be declined. We recommend using registered mail to send your return as we cannot take responsibility for any lost items during transit.
All postage costs for exchanges must be covered by the customer.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been completed online or in person, regardless of shipping status. Orders may be exchanged for items of the same value or exchanged for store credit.
